“In training……because life demands it!”

Robyn brings a unique style of training to Fitness Elite. Her dance background lends to an amazing understanding of body mechanics and function that cannot be taught, only understood through hours upon hours of training. She started as a ballet dancer on scholarship with the University of Utah. She later traveled to Berlin, Germany and Osaka, Japan to create fitness programs. Then, finally returning home she made a career for herself as a personal fitness trainer, aerobics instructor and motivator for Fitness Elite. I have been in the fitness industry for many years and have grown as the industry has grown studying every fitness modality that is current. I am certified through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and American Council on Exercise for personal training and group exercise, Reebok Core Board, Gravity Training System, Bosu, Schwinn cycling, and a myriad of lectures and hands on training to maintain my expertise on fitness. I just recently graduated from the Western Institute of Neuromuscular Therapy as a Sports Massage Therapist.

I believe that every “body” is different and it must be trained to its specific capacities. Let me help you to reach your fitness goals in as short a time as possible and with a smile on your face!

“Making fitness a lifestyle choice through goals and educating my clients”

My goal is to have the most positive impact that I can on the lives of the people I work with; helping them become the best version of themselves!

I enjoy helping people determine the best route to start living a healthy life style that they can adapt to gradually and maintain the rest of their life through exercise and nutrition.

Strength training for me, I believe, is the best form of exercise you can do! No matter your age the return on your investment will be denser bones, stronger ligaments and tendons, better posture, healthier lungs and most importantly in this context, more muscle means you burn more calories!

Your strength has a direct effect on how you interact with your environment. Muscle is what keeps us moving, and it needs to be fed a steady diet of weight training.

I’m not only a Personal Trainer, I’m also Lifestyle Coach! Helping people find their lifestyle balance so they can enjoy their lives to the fullest!

Its about Cardio, Strength, Flexibility, being Happy and Healthy! Shawn has been training over 40 years. We are all somatically different. I create an individual plan for my clients to become the best version of themselves.
